Australasian Commercial Agents ("ACA") was first established in 1971 as Civil Investigations & Mercantile Agency (“CIMA”) to operate a mercantile agency offering fast, professional and cost effective debt recovery services primarily to business in the Central Queensland area.
Today we are able to collect outstanding debts and overdue accounts from debtors both here and in the other States of Australia.
Our principal has over 40 years of experience and in addition to being a Government licensed Debt Collector, Repossession Agent, Process Server and a former Magistrates Court Bailiff, he is also a licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer and Motor Dealer.
Whilst on many occasions much of the work is done in-house we have established solid relationships with legal firms and other Agencies throughout Australia to allow us to obtain advice and to expedite proceedings in the best interest of our clients.
